Cow’s milk, yeast, ferment. With a moderate firm texture, smooth cut surface without pores or single ones with a specific flavour brine with pale green color, no odor, no mucus. Thorner acidity not less than 200 degrees, water content not more than 58%, fat in dry substance not less than 40%, table salt 3 to 4.0%.
Packing: vacuum 0.500 kg, 1 kg box, 4 kg and 8 kg pails.
